MICROCOSM WORLD HOW TO
In Consensuality, Helen Wildfell and her co-adventurers detail the process for creating or finding a healthy, successful relationship as well as common pitfalls and how to avoid them.

There are infinite possibilities in human relationships, but the fairytale ideal of companionship does not exist for most people. And that's why I am firmly convinced that all accidents in our world are not accidental.Consensuality: How to Love Other People without Losing Yourself It seems that every small detail is created with a specific purpose and necessarily carries some meaning. The versatility of our Universe, the variety of shapes and colors are fascinating. This is my attempt to portray how I see the beginning of the creation of the world.
MICROCOSM WORLD SERIES
The highlight of my collection is the Microcosm series of paintings. I painted many pictures while I was by the river, which is why these pictures are so imbued with the spirit of harmony and tranquility. Fishing allows me to stop, reflect, and enjoy the moment. So in art, without fantasies and innovations, paintings may seem trivial, and without the use of artistic principles, they may not be well understood. Cooking is also great art, which, on the one hand, allows the culinary specialist to fantasize, and on the other hand, without adhering to certain principles, will not let him create his culinary masterpiece. Some of my main hobbies are fishing and cooking. I believe that the artist's hobbies help shape his work.

MICROCOSM WORLD PROFESSIONAL
Here I organized a creative union of professional artists of Ukraine. Here I have my own art gallery with a permanent exhibition of my work and temporary exhibitions of other artists. I love the people here, nature, atmosphere. More than 20 years ago I moved to live in Ukraine, Odesa, in a beautiful city by the sea. Paintings for me are my inspiration, where I draw my strength from, so art is as valuable to me as air. But life has taught me to be strong not only physically, but also spiritually. From the age of thirty, I traveled a lot around the world - from America to Asia, teaching martial arts. I was born in the territory of today's Germany, from an early age I lived and studied in Riga, Latvia, and showed interest in art and martial arts. For me, paintings are the best way to leave here the thoughts which I won't be able to express in words and to depict such feelings as admiration, anger, joy, or sadness that have accompanied me since childhood. For a long time, art has been a way of expressing people's thoughts and feelings.
